Project Manager for Industrial Projects
We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of industrial projects. This position requires a professional with at least 7 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary industrial projects and has a strong technical education background to ensure project success.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from engineering to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource management strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to ensure project quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships to align with project objectives.
- Monitor progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience managing industrial projects, preferably in process industries (oil & gas, chemical, energy, environmental or similar).
- A strong technical education background, ideally in engineering or a related field (graduates of technical universities in Romania).
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Romanian construction legislation (HG 907/2016, Legea 50/1991, Legea 10/2001, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
