HVAC Design Engineer (Middle Level)

We are looking for a Middle-Level HVAC Design Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of complex technical systems for buildings and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical expertise and hands-on experience in HVAC system design, ensuring efficient, compliant, and highquality engineering solutions.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in designing HVAC systems – heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
  • Completed technical university studies (preferably in Building Services Engineering)
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit / MagiCAD
  • Knowledge of current HVAC design standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and suppliers
  • Experience collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines – electrical, plumbing, low-current systems, etc.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and structured working style
  • English language – conversational level

Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex HVAC solutions for civil and industrial buildings
  • Prepare and coordinate HVAC projects in all design stages, ensuring compliance with deadlines
  • Compile documentation required for project approvals and permits
  • Prepare bill of quantities and material take-offs
  • Conduct site visits to verify compliance with the design
