Junior Process Engineer
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.TECH./ B.S. – CHEMICAL ENGINEERING;
- Specialization in Chemical or Petroleum/Petro Chemical Engineering;
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position;
- Knowledge in working with software such as ASPEN PAKAGE: HYSYS, HEAT EXCHANGER DESIGN;
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office software and Windows Operating system. EXCEL skills required;
- Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines;
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Creative and innovative.
Position propose:
- Basic & detailed Design Engineering activities for the assigned projects in Chemical, Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Plants, etc., following the Company’s established procedures;
- Preparation/review of PFD, P&ID’s, H&MB, project-specific specifications, design calculation/analysis, procurement specification;
- Interface with other disciplines, user departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing to elaborate process flow diagram (PFD), process and instrumentation diagram, process calculations, heat and material balance, process simulation (Aspen Package Suite: Hysys or Aspen plus), process datasheet for equipment;
- Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
