Ludan Engineering led the multidisciplinary execution of a major expansion project for AMYLUM’s corn processing facility in Razgrad, Bulgaria—one of the region’s key agro-industrial hubs. The initiative aimed to increase production capacity, enhance process efficiency, and support AMYLUM’s long-term growth in the starch and sweetener markets.
The project scope included full-cycle Engineering & Design, strategic Procurement & Supply Chain coordination, and integrated Project Management, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to commissioning.
