HVAC Design Engineer (Middle Level)
We are looking for a Middle-Level HVAC Design Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of complex technical systems for buildings and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical expertise and hands-on experience in HVAC system design, ensuring efficient, compliant, and highquality engineering solutions.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in designing HVAC systems – heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Completed technical university studies (preferably in Building Services Engineering)
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit / MagiCAD
- Knowledge of current HVAC design standards and regulations
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment and suppliers
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines – electrical, plumbing, low-current systems, etc.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and structured working style
- English language – conversational level
Responsibilities:
- Develop complex HVAC solutions for civil and industrial buildings
- Prepare and coordinate HVAC projects in all design stages, ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Compile documentation required for project approvals and permits
- Prepare bill of quantities and material take-offs
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with the design
