Ludan Engineering – Who we are today, 28 years after our founding, and where we are heading: about transformation
Hypotheses
In technology companies, people are the central element. They are the ones who build the impact — without them, the entire structure becomes useless.
Starting from this belief and from the reality we live in today — characterized by uncertainty, economic pressures, and a global interconnection that brings interdependence, fragility, and increased risks — we considered that this is the right moment to strengthen the team and improve the company’s image.
Transformation – preparing for a new stage
To build a solid image requires a longer journey — a transformation. It requires knowing who you are, reaching a consensus at the group level, developing an identity based on that consensus, then expressing it through a coherent visual identity and making it visible externally. The public will notice the visual change, but they will experience something new — something you prepare internally, consolidate, and aspire to maintain permanently at the chosen standard.
That is what we did this year. We went through a transformation. We managed to listen to the voices of all the people in the company, to meet in working groups to define who we are, what we do, how we are different and relevant, why we exist, and what our contribution is in this world. It was not easy, but it was a deep and valuable exercise that united the team and gave us confidence that we have a solid foundation on which we can continue to build.
The meetings with the branding team and the research activity brought to light essential elements about the team, about the collective perception, and about the shared ambition that connects us.
Transformation changes beliefs and aligns values. People are empowered to act and to feel that they can influence direction. Organizational norms are redefined, generating energy and a shared momentum toward achieving common ambitions.
Dare forward – a belief
What followed was a natural continuation. We placed this transformation under an idea we believe in and fight for every day — to bring it to life for our clients, partners, and the wider public, whenever our solutions generate real benefits.
This idea is dare forward.
This call perfectly describes our way of being and existing. It is a constant source of motivation for the people on our team. It is a factor of inspiration for clients and partners. It expresses our desire to innovate, to create positive change, and to accept only projects that bring about meaningful transformation. It is the energy that guides us in everything — big or small — that we do, every day, at every stage of a project. It is also a call to the regional business environment: an encouragement to dare, to move forward.
This process also involved aligning the visual identity with the new strategic direction.
What’s next?
We are counting on even stronger team cohesion, on increased satisfaction in belonging to this organization, and on attracting young graduates who wish to become part of Ludan Group.
Last but not least, we are glad that over 28 years of existence are becoming the foundation of a bold direction — dare forward.
