Overview
LUDAN Engineering delivered a turnkey solution for the development of a modern employee facility at CHIMPEX’s operational site, including locker rooms, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. The project was designed to enhance workplace functionality, hygiene, and employee well-being, while meeting industrial safety and compliance standards.
Key achievements include:
- Architectural and technical design of locker rooms, sanitary areas, and support spaces tailored to port operations
- Procurement and supply coordination for durable, ergonomic, and compliant fixtures and materials
- Integrated project management from permitting and scheduling to contractor supervision and quality control
- Infrastructure development, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and access systems, aligned with EU occupational standards
