Architect with Signing Rights
We are looking for an Architect – Middle or Senior level, to contribute to the design of complex industrial buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in preparing architectural documentation and a solid understanding of the technical and legal requirements applicable to construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Faculty of Architecture;
- Signing rights granted by the Romanian Order of Architects (OAR);
- At least 5 years of design experience;
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD;
- Knowledge of applicable design legislation, regulations and standards;
- Analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to prepare documentation related to fire safety and public health requirements;
- Conversational English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in industrial, logistics or manufacturing projects;
- Experience in interdisciplinary coordination in a BIM environment;
- Knowledge of permitting and approval processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing architectural documentation for the following phases:
- Feasibility Study (SF);
- Technical Documentation for the Building Permit (DTAC);
- Technical Design (PT);
- Construction Details (DDE);
- Preparing the documentation required to obtain permits, approvals and authorizations;
- Coordinating and integrating architectural solutions with the other disciplines involved in the project;
- Ensuring project compliance with applicable technical and legal requirements;
- Providing technical assistance throughout the construction works;
- Taking part in technical project and coordination meetings;
- Carrying out site visits to verify the implementation of the designed solutions, when necessary.
