Sanitary and Fire Protection Design Engineer (Middle Level)
About the role:
We are looking for a Middle-Level Sanitary and Fire Protection Design Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of complex technical systems for buildings and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in the design of sanitary and fire protection systems, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering (Installation Engineering).
- At least 4 years of experience in the design of sanitary and fire protection systems for civil and industrial construction projects.
- Intermediate proficiency in Revit and MagiCAD.
- Good knowledge of applicable design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience in interdisciplinary coordination and teamwork with other engineering disciplines.
- Familiarity with sanitary and fire protection equipment, as well as leading equipment suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- English language proficiency at a conversational level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design sanitary installations and fire protection systems for the following project stages: Feasibility Study (FS), DTAC, Technical Design (TD), and Detailed Design Engineering (DDE).
- Develop design solutions for building and industrial park projects.
- Prepare complete project documentation (technical reports, design calculations, drawings and layouts, functional diagrams, detailed execution drawings, bills of quantities, technical specifications) while ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines.
- Participate in meetings and technical discussions with all project stakeholders, including architects, structural engineers, other MEP disciplines, and clients.
- Review projects together with the team coordinator to ensure the practical applicability and feasibility of the proposed solutions.
